Richemont seeks Brand Manager for Italy, Greece & Malta based in Milan to lead regional brand strategy in luxury markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy across Italy, Greece, and Malta markets
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communications aligned with Richemont's luxury positioning
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with retail partners, distributors, and internal teams to optimize brand presence and sales performance
- Manage brand budgets and marketing investments across the region
- Drive brand awareness campaigns and promotional initiatives tailored to local markets
- Monitor brand health metrics and KPIs; report on performance and market developments
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including retail partners and media
Qualifications
- Proven track record in brand management within luxury goods or premium sectors
- Strong understanding of Mediterranean markets, particularly Italy, Greece, and/or Malta
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing regional brand strategies
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in Italian and English required; Greek language a strong advantage

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
