Richemont is hiring a Brand Management Trainee in Hong Kong — support brand strategy, campaign execution and product launches within a leading luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support brand managers in the planning and execution of seasonal marketing and communication campaigns across channels.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities including product launches, visual merchandising briefs, retail and wholesale communications, and PR/events logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial materials: sell‑in presentations, line sheets, POS, launch toolkits and internal briefing packs.
  • Collect and analyse sales, consumer and market data to produce actionable insights and post‑campaign reporting.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and creative direction are consistently applied across touchpoints and markets.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and retail performance to inform brand positioning and assortment decisions.
  • Track campaign budgets, timelines and supplier deliverables under the supervision of the brand team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, luxury brand management or a related discipline; master’s degree or relevant postgraduate study advantageous.
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness and interest in the luxury sector, brands, and product storytelling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare persuasive presentations and brand materials.
  • Analytical mindset with numeracy to interpret sales and market data; comfortable working with spreadsheets.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset for roles based in Hong Kong.

Experience
