Richemont is hiring a Brand Management Trainee in Hong Kong — support brand strategy, campaign execution and product launches within a leading luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support brand managers in the planning and execution of seasonal marketing and communication campaigns across channels.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities including product launches, visual merchandising briefs, retail and wholesale communications, and PR/events logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial materials: sell‑in presentations, line sheets, POS, launch toolkits and internal briefing packs.
- Collect and analyse sales, consumer and market data to produce actionable insights and post‑campaign reporting.
- Ensure brand guidelines and creative direction are consistently applied across touchpoints and markets.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and retail performance to inform brand positioning and assortment decisions.
- Track campaign budgets, timelines and supplier deliverables under the supervision of the brand team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, luxury brand management or a related discipline; master’s degree or relevant postgraduate study advantageous.
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and interest in the luxury sector, brands, and product storytelling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare persuasive presentations and brand materials.
- Analytical mindset with numeracy to interpret sales and market data; comfortable working with spreadsheets.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset for roles based in Hong Kong.

Entry‑level: typically 0–2 years’ combined internships or work experience in brand, marketing, luxury retail, fashion houses or marketing agencies; prior exposure to campaign execution, retail merchandising or product launches is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, luxury management, communications or a closely related field; postgraduate qualification or specialised luxury programmes considered an advantage.
