Richemont seeks a Brand Experience & Showrooms Coordinator in Hamburg to manage luxury showroom operations and client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily showroom operations and ensure optimal presentation of brand collections
- Manage brand activation events and experiential programs within the showroom
- Support client engagement initiatives and personalized shopping experiences
- Liaise between retail staff, marketing teams, and brand management to execute brand vision
- Maintain showroom aesthetics, visual merchandising standards, and inventory organization
- Track performance metrics and provide reporting on client interactions and showroom foot traffic
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, showroom management, or brand experience roles
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of luxury brand positioning and client service standards
- Fluency in German and English

Experience
2-4 years of professional experience in luxury retail, showroom operations, brand management, or related hospitality and client-facing roles.
Education
Secondary education (Abitur or equivalent); professional certification in retail management, event coordination, or luxury brand studies preferred.
