Montblanc seeks Brand Experience & Showrooms Coordinator in Hamburg, Germany—coordinate international showrooms and brand events with global travel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of Montblanc's international showrooms and selected key brand events from concept through delivery
  • Manage all logistical aspects of international showrooms and events, including guest management, invitations, attendee communications, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Communications, Sales, Retail, and external partners to ensure seamless planning and delivery
  • Travel internationally (approximately 20% of the time) to support Montblanc's flagship showrooms and selected key brand events, including two major showroom periods in Milan each year lasting approximately 10–15 consecutive days
  • Lead supplier sourcing and tender processes for catering, floristry, and other event-related vendors
  • Oversee budgets and maintain accurate cost tracking throughout the event lifecycle
  • Manage contracts while ensuring compliance with Group policies and security standards
  • Support the implementation and management of digital event platforms and guest applications
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning processes and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Project Coordination, Event Coordination, or a similar role
  • Fluency in English; Italian would be a strong asset; French would be an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with confidence managing budgets, planning documents, and trackers
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confidence in coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions, cultures, and seniority levels
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and highly reliable working approach
  • Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
