Montblanc seeks Brand Director for Taiwan to lead retail operations, drive sales strategy, and manage market performance across DTC and wholesale channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own profit and loss for the department and execute the retail strategy to achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the Brand Regional Office on strategic initiatives that enhance brand value in the local market
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver results and optimize performance across all functions
  • Manage landlord relationships and negotiations for boutique locations
  • Drive sales and budget construction and monitoring across all sales channels
  • Implement merchandising programs, incentive structures, and action plans to achieve performance targets in coordination with the Regional Office
  • Develop and deliver training, coaching, and incentive initiatives that elevate the standard of client service
  • Work cross-functionally with CRM, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Events Planning teams to drive boutique performance
  • Establish and monitor monthly sales targets with comprehensive analysis to support business improvements
  • Define and oversee training programs for front-line teams to ensure consistent quality delivery
  • Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives for key team members, establishing key performance indicators and regularly reviewing metrics
  • Ensure efficient network operations in compliance with brand standards and Group requirements
  • Identify and support wholesale opportunities and strategies in collaboration with the regional wholesale team
  • Support the Communications team in implementing brand communication strategies aligned with regional objectives
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of both front-line and office staff in a cohesive, entrepreneurial environment

  • 10 years of market experience in brand management and/or retail operations
