Brand Designer position at Richemont in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Develop luxury brand identities and visual communications across all touchpoints.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand visual identity guidelines and design systems
- Create compelling visual assets and design concepts that embody brand values and resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure consistent brand expression across digital and physical touchpoints
- Translate brand strategy and positioning into innovative design solutions
- Oversee design consistency across campaigns, collateral, packaging, and environmental design
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating overall creative standards within the organization
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in luxury brand positioning and visual identity systems
- Advanced proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and leadership
- Portfolio evidence of successful brand campaigns or identity projects

Experience
5-7 years of professional experience in brand design, visual identity development, or creative direction within luxury or premium sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional qualification and demonstrated portfolio
