Role & Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of financial results for all North Asia entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Group accounting standards
• Enable comprehensive financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the region
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances, trends, and business drivers
• Develop and implement standardized financial reporting methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and comparability
• Prepare high-quality, insightful presentations for financial reviews tailored to North Asia Senior Management and Maison headquarters
• Act as a key financial partner to regional commercial teams, providing insights and support for performance management initiatives
• Lead all financial planning, controlling, and reporting activities for the Hainan market and GTR (Greater China retail region)
• Monitor Hainan market performance, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure delivery of financial objectives
• Provide key inputs to HKMO entity level cash flow planning for Richemont
• Collate and prepare NEA (North East Asia) Richemont Monthly Regional Dashboard

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) highly desirable
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or auditing with significant regional experience in a multinational company
• Proven expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams

Skills

Experience

6–8 years in financial controlling, FP&A, or auditing within a multinational company, preferably in luxury retail or consumer goods, with demonstrated expertise in regional financial management and business partnering at senior levels.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) highly desirable.
