Brand Ambassador - Online Retail position with Richemont in Miami. Represent luxury brands across digital channels and drive client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand authentically across online retail platforms and digital client engagement channels
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with online clients, providing personalized consultation and product guidance
- Drive brand awareness and client loyalty through consistent digital engagement and responsive communication
- Support e-commerce sales initiatives through strategic product recommendations and client education
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries across digital platforms with sophistication and professionalism
