Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales through professional and courteous client interactions across phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Handle inbound calls and greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner with outbound call capability for relationship continuity
- Process merchandise orders and manage extensive data entry accurately and efficiently
- Maintain current knowledge of product launches, campaigns, and internal processes to address a wide variety of customer inquiries
- Partner with the VCA boutique network to facilitate sales referrals and special client requests, ensuring seamless integration across channels
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service by developing individualized clienteling plans
- Capture and accurately maintain client data within CRM systems to support relationship building and personalized engagement
- Display strong selling and negotiating skills; overcome objections through probing questions to close sales and understand client motivations
- Assist with special projects and initiatives supporting CRC operations, boutique network collaboration, and outbound clienteling campaigns
- Deliver first-call resolution and take ownership of every client scenario to build lasting relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a contact center, customer service environment, or luxury retail sector
- Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Fashion, Retail, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in eCommerce and the luxury retail sector (fashion, jewelry, timepieces)
- High level of maturity, poise, and sound business judgment to engage with luxury and exceptionally demanding clientele
- Ability to rapidly absorb extensive information on brand heritage, product offerings, and marketing communications
- Technical agility and confidence in learning multiple applications and systems while multitasking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce, CRM, or comparable email and chat management tools
- Knowledge of high-end jewelry, timepieces, and gemstones (preferred)
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
- Social media platform experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keyboard proficiency of at least 50 words per minute
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States; visa sponsorship not available
