Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate boutique team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and client engagement
- Monitor staff performance and conduct training to ensure service standards are maintained
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cash handling, and profitability metrics
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies across all store operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or boutique operations
