Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily boutique operations in alignment with Company policies and Store Management guidelines
  • Manage staffing matters including shift planning, roster design, and task assignment to ensure optimal store performance
  • Address customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Demonstrate key product and service features, linking them to customer challenges to drive sales and upselling
  • Provide advanced product knowledge and respond to complex customer inquiries with expert guidance
  • Lead day-to-day operations for assigned store departments, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery
  • Record and process custom and special orders, coordinating with relevant teams for timely delivery
  • Handle basic issue escalations and provide necessary managerial approvals within scope of authority
