Richemont is hiring a Boutique Supervisor in Dubai to lead boutique operations and deliver luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines and store presentation.
- Supervise, coach and develop sales staff to deliver exceptional client service and to execute effective clienteling strategies.
- Drive sales performance and KPI attainment through team motivation, in-store initiatives and proactive client outreach.
- Manage stock control, inventory reconciliations and replenishment processes in coordination with regional logistics and buying teams.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, opening/closing procedures and daily financial reconciliations.
- Implement loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with legal, security and internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate rosters, training schedules and performance reviews; act as first escalation point for client and operational issues.
- Liaise with regional management and headquarters on merchandising, events, reporting and recruitment needs.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail; demonstrable success in leading a sales team and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills with a strong service orientation towards high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to enforce brand standards consistently.
- Strong numeracy and cash-management competence, with experience of inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and ability to travel locally as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years in luxury retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role; direct experience within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
