Richemont is hiring a Boutique Stock Operations Associate in Sydney to manage inventory, receiving and stock accuracy for a luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; verify delivery documents and update inventory records promptly.
  • Execute cycle counts, stock reconciliations and periodic full stocktakes to maintain accuracy of boutique inventory.
  • Manage stockroom organisation and visual presentation standards to ensure efficient access and merchandise readiness.
  • Prepare and execute stock transfers, returns and inter-boutique requests while maintaining traceability and documentation.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies, post system adjustments and liaise with logistics, central stock teams and boutique sales staff.
  • Support merchandising activities by replenishing floor stock, tagging, pricing and preparing product for presentation.
  • Implement and uphold loss-prevention procedures and security protocols for high-value merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle high-value items with discretion.
  • Physical ability to lift and move stock items and to work on feet for full retail shifts.
