Richemont seeks an experienced Boutique Service Watchmaker in Geneva to perform high-precision service and repair of luxury timepieces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive watch servicing, maintenance, and repair for luxury timepieces within the boutique environment
- Execute precision mechanical and technical work including case restoration, movement assembly, and component replacement
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by communicating technical expertise in an accessible manner
- Maintain meticulous records of all service work and parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality protocols, and customer confidentiality
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to coordinate service timelines and client communication
Qualifications
- Formal training in watchmaking and horology (CAP, BMA, or equivalent certification)
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical watch movement service and repair
- Knowledge of luxury brand specifications and service standards
- Proficiency with precision tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Fluency in French and English

Minimum 3–5 years of professional watchmaking experience in a luxury retail or service environment, with proven expertise in servicing high-end mechanical timepieces.
