Richemont — Paris: Boutique Sales Assistant internship to support boutique sales, client service and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, deliver high‑level customer service and assist sales advisors in the boutique.
  • Support clienteling activities: maintain client records, schedule appointments and follow up on enquiries.
  • Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to uphold maison standards.
  • Process transactions and basic cash handling at the point‑of‑sale under supervision.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, support inventory counts and back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Provide administrative support including sales reporting, filing and coordination with after‑sales services.
