Richemont — Paris: Boutique Sales Assistant internship to support boutique sales, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, deliver high‑level customer service and assist sales advisors in the boutique.
- Support clienteling activities: maintain client records, schedule appointments and follow up on enquiries.
- Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to uphold maison standards.
- Process transactions and basic cash handling at the point‑of‑sale under supervision.
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock, support inventory counts and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Provide administrative support including sales reporting, filing and coordination with after‑sales services.
- Participate in boutique team briefings and receive on‑the‑job training in product knowledge and brand history.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a degree or vocational programme in business, luxury retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Professional demeanour and strong client‑facing presence suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset and discretion handling client information.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Legal authorization to undertake an internship in France.
