Richemont seeks a Boutique Operations Specialist in Milan, Italy. Luxury retail operations role with €30K–€35K annual salary and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to all brand and boutique operational policies and procedures
  • Actively participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown activities
  • Manage and maintain optimal stock levels for all boutique facilities, including packaging, office supplies, and general consumables
  • Execute timely replenishment of proximity stock on the sales floor to support continuous sales operations
  • Act as primary point of contact for IT-related issues within the boutique, liaising with the central IT department
  • Provide essential support to back-office staff in the reception, processing, and loading of goods
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information
  • Organize and manage the secure archiving of confidential files and documents
  • Perform professional receptionist duties, managing communications and visitor interactions
  • Participate actively in all inventory counts and contribute to stock reconciliation processes
  • Accurately perform price labeling for merchandise
