Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily boutique operations and ensure compliance with Richemont brand standards and luxury retail best practices
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop a diverse retail team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs; implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Cultivate relationships with key clients through personalized service and clienteling initiatives
- Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store displays to reflect seasonal collections and brand aesthetic
- Manage health and safety compliance, loss prevention, and security protocols
- Liaise with regional and head office teams to implement brand campaigns and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail operations or boutique management
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience
