Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all cash transactions exceeding AED 55,000 are accurately submitted via the internal platform (KYC) and the Government portal (GoAML)
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Richemont Finance, Audit, and Security teams while adhering to all compliance guidelines
  • Plan and deliver compliance refresher training sessions for all UAE team members
  • Process sales transactions in strict accordance with required internal procedures and system guidelines
  • Partner with management to support overall boutique operations and workflow efficiency
  • Manage and process Mall permit applications for the Mall of the Emirates boutique
  • Oversee and maintain the back-office area, ensuring efficient organization and tidiness
  • Prepare and organize a comprehensive, standardized filing system aligned across all UAE boutiques
  • Expertly manage the Gemini system's processes, providing continuous refresher training and support to boutique teams
  • Receive shipments of new products, conducting thorough quality control checks before merchandising
  • Accurately price tag all new inventory items
  • Utilize and maintain stock management tools, ensuring accurate monthly stock count results
  • Plan and assist in daily and monthly stock-taking activities for all sellable and non-sellable items
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks of the Customer Service Anomaly report to monitor repair statuses
  • Follow up and coordinate with Sales Associates regarding repair statuses and ready repairs
  • Ensure clients receive timely email communication regarding repairs ready for collection
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the integrity of the Maison's image with clients and within the local retail community
  • Develop positive, trusting relationships with team members and support shop floor operations during special events

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative or operations support role within a luxury retail environment
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and system management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams
  • Familiarity with compliance procedures (KYC, GoAML) is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with stock management systems
  • A proactive, autonomous, and service-oriented mindset

Experience
