Piaget Store Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE: Lead boutique operations, staff development, and sales performance for luxury watches and jewelry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee merchandising, financial management, and overall store operations to achieve sales performance targets
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop sales staff capabilities, implementing formal development frameworks and coaching programs
- Develop and communicate solutions for customer issues, ensuring clear messaging and resolution pathways
- Create and manage medium to long-term work schedules across multiple teams
- Set performance objectives for direct reports, manage departmental performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to meet annual business goals
- Implement functional strategy and business plans, motivating staff commitment to organizational mission, vision, and values
- Configure complex product-and-services solutions, negotiate agreements, and review sales proposals
- Manage departmental budget planning, development, and delivery
- Define and optimize order processing protocols for seamless customer experience
- Set objectives for sales activities, tailor customer presentations, gather market intelligence, and secure customer agreements

- Strong staff leadership and talent development experience
- Experience in luxury goods retail, particularly watches or high jewelry
- Proficiency in inventory and merchandise management
