Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily boutique operations and ensure compliance with Richemont standards
  • Manage inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and warehouse logistics
  • Support scheduling of sales associates and optimize labor allocation
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regional operations teams
  • Maintain boutique systems, documentation, and administrative records
  • Monitor operational KPIs and report performance metrics
  • Assist with visual merchandising coordination and store maintenance
