Richemont Boutique Operations Coordinator in Abu Dhabi; temporary role for UAE nationals supporting luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily boutique operations and ensure compliance with Richemont standards
- Manage inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and warehouse logistics
- Support scheduling of sales associates and optimize labor allocation
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regional operations teams
- Maintain boutique systems, documentation, and administrative records
- Monitor operational KPIs and report performance metrics
- Assist with visual merchandising coordination and store maintenance
Qualifications
- UAE national status
- Proven experience in retail or boutique operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of retail management systems

Experience
2-4 years of experience in retail operations, boutique management, or related administrative roles in a luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail operations certification or relevant coursework preferred.
