Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
  • Coordinate inventory control: receive, inspect and reconcile incoming stock; perform regular cycle counts and manage stock replenishment.
  • Maintain back-office administration and retail reporting—prepare sales and inventory reports, invoice documentation and basic reconciliation.
  • Assist visual merchandising teams with in-store product presentation and seasonal resets to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Deliver discreet, attentive client service and assist clienteling activities; liaise with CRM/central teams to support appointments, repairs and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with brand security, loss-prevention and regulatory procedures; escalate discrepancies to store management.
  • Act as a liaison between boutique and headquarters for logistics, repairs, and administrative requests to ensure smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail or boutique operations experience; prior exposure to the luxury sector strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with stock management, cash procedures and point-of-sale operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain meticulous administrative records and produce accurate operational reports.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail when handling high-value merchandise and client data.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
