Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure permanent stock accuracy in store and organize weekly and monthly cycle counts
• Maintain efficient organization of stockroom and on-the-floor inventory, supervising impeccable presentation throughout the day
• Manage and control reception of deliveries from central warehouse
• Oversee stock transfers between stores and merchandise sent for commercial activities
• Organize end-of-season returns and coordinate shipping documentation and VAT records
• Participate in morning team briefings and communicate daily operational updates including deliveries and stock information
• Process stock requests from team members and provide administrative support
• Report inventory results and consignment issues to the finance team
• Communicate with other stores regarding best practices and operational challenges
• Support the Boutique Manager in formalizing and updating operating procedures for stocks, cash desk, and security
• Provide administrative support for courier bookings, deliveries, and inter-store transfers
• Complete store supply orders and ensure compliance with Richemont processes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers while gaining their trust and respect
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physical capability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift boxes up to 20 pounds
• Capacity to reach, bend, and occasionally use ladders to access stored products

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or boutique operations is preferred, ideally with exposure to jewelry or high-end luxury merchandise.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
