Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with strict adherence to brand policies.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle: receive deliveries, process transfers, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and maintain stockroom integrity.
  • Support merchandising and visual standards on the sales floor; implement seasonal floor sets and ensure product presentation aligns with maison directives.
  • Provide operational support to the sales team — schedule and prepare client appointments, assist with clienteling activities and fulfilment of special requests.
  • Liaise with regional operations and supply-chain teams to escalate shortages, coordinate replenishment and ensure compliance with internal controls and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports (daily sales, stock movements, discrepancies) and contribute to audits and compliance reviews.
  • Train and mentor boutique colleagues on operational procedures, POS usage and inventory best practices to uphold consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique operations, with proven competence in inventory control and POS workflows.
  • Impeccable presentation and client-facing conduct, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering discreet, high-touch service.
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail and the ability to reconcile complex stock and cash variances accurately.
