Richemont Boutique Operations Associate in Las Vegas – support luxury retail operations, inventory, and administrative functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, processing, and reconciling merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with visual merchandising and sales teams to execute product displays and promotional campaigns
- Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and point-of-sale system maintenance
- Process administrative documentation, maintain filing systems, and ensure compliance with operational protocols
- Assist with scheduling, order fulfillment, and liaison between boutique management and corporate support functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations, inventory management, or customer service within a luxury environment
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
