Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensures permanent accuracy of stock in store and organizes weekly and monthly cycle counts
  • Ensures efficient organization of stockroom and on-the-floor inventory while maintaining impeccable conditions throughout the day
  • Receives deliveries from central warehouse and performs quality control inspections upon receipt
  • Manages and follows up on stock transfers between stores and inventory for commercial activities
  • Organizes end-of-season merchandise returns
  • Participates in morning team briefings and communicates daily operational information including deliveries and stock updates
  • Supports stock requests from team members and provides inventory assistance
  • Shares inventory results, consignment issues, and relevant data with the finance team
  • Communicates with other locations on operational best practices and challenges encountered
  • Manages all shipping and VAT documentation with precision and compliance
  • Supports the manager in formalizing and updating boutique operating procedures for stock, cash desk, and security
  • Provides administrative support for courier bookings, deliveries, and inventory transfers
  • Completes store supply orders and manages vendor relationships
  • Ensures perfect compliance with all Richemont processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail with capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable reaching, bending, and occasionally using a ladder to access inventory
  • Physical ability to unpack and lift large product boxes
