Richemont Boutique Operations Associate in Cabazon, California—manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and drive boutique profitability in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain permanent stock accuracy in-store and organize weekly/monthly cycle counts
- Ensure efficient organization of stockroom and floor inventory, maintaining impeccable presentation throughout operating hours
- Receive and control deliveries from central warehouse upon arrival
- Manage and monitor stock transfers between boutiques and commercial activity shipments
- Organize end-of-season merchandise returns
- Participate in morning team briefings and communicate daily operational updates including deliveries and stock movements
- Process and support stock requests from team members
- Report inventory results and consignment issues to the finance department
- Share best practices and troubleshoot inventory challenges with other boutique locations
- Assume responsibility for all shipping documents and VAT documentation
- Assist the Boutique Manager in developing and updating operational procedures for stock management, cash desk, and security
- Provide administrative coordination for courier bookings, deliveries, and inter-store transfers
- Complete store supply orders
- Support the Boutique Manager in ensuring full compliance with Richemont operational processes

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally in jewelry or high-end luxury products
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with customers and team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Strong attention to detail with capability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product background is preferred.
