Cartier seeks a Boutique Office Executive in Sydney to manage operations, compliance, and administrative functions in a luxury boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and review daily reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies before month-end
  • Conduct periodic spot checks and weekly control meetings with boutique management to highlight issues and escalate concerns
  • Prepare boutique management for audits, assist with sampling reviews and required documentation
  • Reinforce adherence to the Cartier Boutique Operations Manual, Richemont Security Manual, and Health & Safety Policies through active communication
  • Review all transactions to ensure compliance with procedures and resolve issues within required timelines
  • Assist with Kronos shift scheduling and input in a timely manner
  • Support the regular upkeep and optimization of back-of-house areas
  • Manage boutique petty cash procurement, expense claims, and monthly procurement review and submission
  • Procure sales supplies, coordinate vendor creation, manage purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate and maintain boutique uniform orders and stock for new and existing staff
  • Organize daily security operations and manage before/after-hours security coordination
  • Maintain distribution and management of boutique keys, fobs, and access passes for all staff
  • Manage regular contractors to ensure boutique image and Cartier guidelines compliance
  • Collaborate with the SDP team on boutique maintenance issues and maintain emergency contractor contact lists
