Cartier Perth seeks Boutique Office Executive to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and controls. Full-time luxury retail operations role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and review daily reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies before month-end
- Conduct weekly control meetings with boutique management to review compliance status and escalate concerns
- Support boutique management in conducting periodic spot checks of all control and compliance areas
- Assist in preparation for audits, including sampling reviews and required documentation
- Drive compliance with the Cartier Boutique Operations Manual, Richemont Security Manual, and Health & Safety policies through active communication and reinforcement
- Review all transactions to ensure adherence to procedures and follow up on any required resolutions
- Support input of staff shifts into Kronos scheduling system
- Manage back-of-house upkeep and optimization of boutique spaces
- Oversee procurement and expense claims for boutique petty cash, providing monthly reconciliation and submission
- Coordinate procurement of sales supplies and vendor management, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations
- Coordinate boutique uniform orders and stock for new and existing staff
- Manage security coordination and organize before/after-hours security details as required
- Maintain distribution and security of boutique keys, fobs, and access passes
- Manage daily oversight of contractors to ensure boutique standards and Cartier guidelines are upheld
- Liaise with facilities teams on maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolution
- Maintain updated emergency contact list for contractors and share with management

Skills
Experience

Education
Secondary education required; further qualifications in business administration, retail management, or compliance disciplines are preferred.
