Cartier Melbourne seeks Boutique Office Executive to drive operational excellence, compliance, and controls. Full-time role in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and review daily reports, following up on discrepancies and ensuring resolution by month-end
- Conduct weekly meetings with boutique management to summarize controls, highlight issues, and escalate concerns
- Support boutique management in preparing for internal audits and compliance reviews, including documentation and sampling
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance client and employee experiences
- Reinforce implementation of the Cartier Boutique Operations Manual, Richemont Security Manual, Health & Safety Policies, and related procedures
- Serve as the key point of contact for boutique team queries regarding policies and procedures
- Review all transactions for full compliance and follow up with internal stakeholders within required timelines
- Assist with timely input of staff shifts into Kronos scheduling system
- Support regular upkeep and optimization of back-of-house areas
- Manage boutique petty cash card procurement and expense claims, providing monthly reviews to management
- Procure sales supplies, manage vendor creation, issue purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery within efficient quantities
- Coordinate and maintain boutique uniforms inventory for new and existing staff
- Organize daily security operations and arrange before/after-hours security details as required
- Distribute, track, and maintain boutique keys, fobs, and access passes for all staff
- Manage relationships with regular contractors to ensure boutique presentation aligns with Cartier standards
- Collaborate with the SDP team to raise and track maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Maintain and distribute updated emergency contact lists for contractors to the management team
