IWC Boutique Manager position in Zurich, Switzerland – lead flagship retail operations, manage a 9-person team, and drive luxury watch sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through analysis of performance data and rapid identification of business needs
  • Lead and mentor a nine-person team with integrity and passion, providing coaching, daily briefings, performance feedback, and individual development planning
  • Personally deliver exceptional, bespoke client experiences and guide staff in building long-term client relationships that enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Establish brand and boutique presence in the local market through strategic networking, event initiative, and community engagement to capture market share
  • Implement Visual Merchandising standards with precision and ensure all operational processes comply with corporate policies and procedures
  • Recruit and assemble a high-performing team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
  • Cultivate a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) mentality across the team and leverage CRM tools and analytics to optimize client experience and revenue growth
  • Serve as an active representative of IWC values and product expertise both internally and in the local community

  • Demonstrable boutique management or equivalent retail leadership experience in related luxury sectors
  • Fluent German and English language skills; additional relevant languages highly desirable
  • Proven expertise in sales techniques, data analysis of sales reports, and agility in identifying market trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for relationship building and networking
