IWC Boutique Manager position in Tokyo with Richemont. Lead retail operations, manage sales performance, and oversee boutique teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial performance of the boutique by analyzing customer and market trends, monitoring financial results, and optimizing resource utilization
- Implement strategic business plans within the team, communicating organizational mission, vision, and values to motivate staff and achieve local business goals
- Manage day-to-day store operations including front-end customer service, back-end administration, and sales floor activities to ensure operational targets are met
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and conduct complex financial analyses to ensure profitability within designated areas
- Set and pursue personal and team performance objectives using formal performance management systems; establish appropriate objectives for direct reports and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify individual development needs within the team and plan targeted capability-building initiatives; provide coaching and training in areas of expertise
- Ensure compliance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines and foster an inclusive work environment
- Provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures; escalate complex issues to higher authorities as appropriate

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education
- Experience that enables handling the majority of situations and advising others
- Demonstrated experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by senior management
