IWC Boutique Manager role in Tokyo, Japan. Lead luxury watch retail operations and client engagement for Richemont's prestigious horological brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Manage boutique inventory, stock rotation, and product presentation in accordance with brand standards
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and maintain boutique aesthetics aligned with luxury positioning
- Monitor financial performance, P&L management, and operational efficiency
- Conduct staff training and development in product knowledge and customer service excellence
- Represent the IWC brand with sophistication and uphold the heritage of Swiss watchmaking
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail management
- Strong understanding of high-end timepieces, watches, or luxury goods preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and sales achievement
- Leadership experience with ability to inspire and develop retail teams
- Fluency in Japanese and English required
- Knowledge of Japanese luxury consumer market and clientele

7+ years of progressive retail management experience in luxury sector, with minimum 3 years in a boutique manager or equivalent leadership role
