Richemont seeks Boutique Manager for Montblanc Tokyo to lead retail operations and high-performance teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct all store operations to achieve KPIs and sales targets through strategic planning and precise action execution
- Develop and implement clear action plans for revenue growth and profitability; coordinate with department store partners to optimize sales initiatives
- Lead customer service delivery personally, ensuring consistent brand experience and resolving complaints with discretion and professionalism
- Manage customer data in compliance with company policy and leverage insights to enhance client relationships
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members through structured goal-setting, performance evaluation, and targeted training programmes
- Create a positive team culture by fostering communication, collaboration, and continuous skill development opportunities
- Oversee all operational functions including cash management, inventory control, expense management, and staff scheduling in accordance with compliance standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail store management within luxury sector (3+ years recommended)
- Demonstrated team management capability with measurable results in sales performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in Japanese and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, or high-end accessories. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading diverse retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
