Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with luxury standards
  • Manage daily boutique operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective merchandising and client engagement strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships, ensuring personalised service and clienteling activities
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock accuracy in collaboration with regional procurement teams
  • Implement brand standards and guidelines across all customer-facing activities and store presentation
  • Conduct staff training, performance management, and recruitment to build a cohesive, motivated boutique team
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic decisions and promotional initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury goods or high-end fashion

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (essential)
