Richemont seeks Boutique Manager for VHERNIER Ginza boutique in Tokyo. Lead retail operations, team, and sales strategy for luxury jewelry maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of boutique management including sales performance, inventory, cash handling, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans to achieve boutique revenue targets
  • Plan and manage in-store events, external exhibitions, and external sales activities
  • Analyze sales trends and customer needs; provide regular reports to headquarters
  • Maintain highest service standards across all customer interactions; lead by example in sales techniques and client engagement
  • Manage after-sales service and complaint resolution in accordance with company policies
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing boutique staff
  • Conduct performance management including task allocation, attendance oversight, competency development, objective-setting, and annual evaluations
  • Foster consistent internal communication and brand ambassador mindset throughout the boutique
  • Monitor merchandise requirements and report inventory needs to headquarters
  • Drive personal professional development and continuous improvement
