Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager in Taipei to lead day-to-day store operations, supervise teams, and deliver exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure efficient operational management aligned with company policies and store management guidelines
- Oversee staffing issues, plan shifts and rotas, and manage customer complaints to enhance service quality and satisfaction
- Supervise day-to-day operations to achieve operational sales performance goals
- Lead teams of sales and demo specialists to deliver product information and showcase product/service features using standardized messaging and positioning
- Record and process customer orders while managing team coordination
- Respond to escalated customer issues and complaints promptly; provide managerial approvals and resolutions as required
- Assign short-term work schedules to subordinates while maintaining established timelines and performance expectations
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services; manage purchase transactions at standard pricing and terms
- Develop and implement customer contact plans for product launches and sales campaigns to build new business relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for customer queries; resolve issues appropriately and refer complex matters to senior management
- Monitor team performance, allocate work, and conduct performance reviews to ensure quality and timeliness
- Maintain professional development through training, external accreditation, and staying current with industry trends and technology
Qualifications
- Short-cycle tertiary education
- Experience in retail or luxury boutique operations management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage teams
- Strong understanding of luxury retail environments and customer service standards
- Experience managing staffing, scheduling, and operational budgets

Experienced practitioner with a proven track record of general supervision of junior colleagues in retail or luxury retail environments; demonstrated ability to manage team operations independently and achieve sales performance objectives.
Education
Short-cycle tertiary education (vocational qualification or associate degree in business, retail management, or related field)
