Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager in Taipei, Taiwan to oversee store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to achieve sales performance goals in alignment with service standards and company pricing policies
- Manage store departments and ensure smooth operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement customer engagement plans to communicate product launches and drive sales campaigns
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, escalating complex matters as appropriate
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services, encouraging purchases in accordance with terms and conditions
- Process custom and special customer orders while managing delivery expectations effectively
- Provide comprehensive product and service information in response to customer inquiries
- Conduct customer interviews utilizing sales scripts to clarify requirements and document client needs
- Demonstrate product features and facilitate detailed customer product demonstrations
- Address operational issues promptly and seek managerial approvals when necessary

Qualifications
- Post-secondary non-tertiary education
- Experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised
- Limited managerial experience
