Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of retail associates to deliver world-class customer service
- Drive sales growth and achieve boutique financial targets through strategic merchandising and client development
- Maintain brand presentation standards and ensure optimal visual merchandising throughout the boutique
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product allocation
- Build and cultivate relationships with key clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving profitability
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
