Richemont is hiring a Boutique Manager in St. Moritz. Lead boutique operations, sales and client relationships for a luxury maison in St. Moritz.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day boutique operations in accordance with brand standards, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Drive and exceed sales targets through active selling, clienteling and personalised service for high-value and VIP clientele.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop the boutique team; set individual and team objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, shipments and stock-taking; ensure accurate POS transactions and shrinkage prevention.
- Own local P&L responsibility: monitor sales KPIs, control expenses and report performance to regional management.
- Implement CRM-led clienteling strategies, cultivate long-term client relationships and coordinate private appointments and events.
- Ensure full compliance with brand policies, security protocols, local regulations and high standards of confidentiality for clientele.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail leadership, with demonstrable experience delivering consistent sales growth and excellent service.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams in a luxury context.
- Impeccable presentation and a service-first mindset appropriate to high-value clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, peak season and luxury events; mobility for occasional regional meetings.

Experience
Typically 3–5+ years in progressive retail roles within luxury goods, with prior boutique or store management experience and a proven record of meeting sales targets and developing teams.
Education
Secondary education required; a degree or diploma in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
