Alaïa seeks an experienced Boutique Manager in Seoul to lead luxury retail operations. Full-time role requiring 12+ years retail experience in luxury sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute store sales targets and growth strategies informed by competitive and market trend analysis
- Create and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, particularly focusing on VIP clienteling
- Maintain and manage boutique environments to align with Alaïa's values, brand standards, and aesthetic vision
- Provide coaching and mentorship to drive team performance, motivation, and capability development
- Oversee all store operations including inventory management, back-office administration, staff scheduling, and daily administrative oversight
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including substantial exposure to luxury brands
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple staff members and leading retail teams
