Alaïa seeks an experienced Boutique Manager for its Seoul luxury boutique. Lead operations, client experience, and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all boutique personnel to ensure exceptional client service and operational excellence
- Drive revenue and sales targets through strategic client relationship management and personalized service
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance to uphold Alaïa's luxury brand standards
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and client loyalty in Seoul
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to regional management
- Recruit, train, and mentor boutique staff to deliver sophisticated product knowledge and styling expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail or boutique management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing high-volume client bases
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with multicultural clientele
- Fluency in Korean and English (additional languages an asset)
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion and the Alaïa brand aesthetic
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in luxury retail management or boutique operations, preferably within high-end fashion. Prior experience managing boutique teams and achieving sales targets in a sophisticated retail environment is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, or luxury brand management preferred.
