Alaïa, a storied Parisian fashion house founded in 1964 and part of the Richemont group, seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead retail operations across the Seoul region. Reporting to senior management, this leadership role encompasses store performance planning, customer relationship development, team coaching, operational oversight, and the preservation of the Maison's heritage and brand standards within a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute store sales targets and growth strategies informed by competitive and market trend analysis
- Create and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, particularly focusing on VIP clienteling
- Maintain and manage boutique environments to align with Alaïa's values, brand standards, and aesthetic vision
- Provide coaching and mentorship to drive team performance, motivation, and capability development
- Oversee all store operations including inventory management, back-office administration, staff scheduling, and daily administrative oversight
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including substantial exposure to luxury brands
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple staff members and leading retail teams

Skills
Experience
