Richemont is hiring a Boutique Manager in Seoul — lead boutique operations, sales and client relationships for a luxury maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin and KPI objectives while maintaining brand standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; set individual and team targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Oversee clienteling and CRM activities to build long-term relationships with high-value clients and proactively drive repeat business.
- Ensure exemplary in-store visual merchandising, presentation and stock placement in accordance with the maison’s visual identity.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, loss-prevention and after-sales service procedures.
- Analyse sales data and local market trends; prepare regular reports and implement action plans to optimise performance.
- Coordinate with regional management, marketing and wholesale teams to execute launches, events and local commercial initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, luxury retail operating procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets and KPI delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, mentoring and retaining talent in a boutique environment.
- Commercial acumen with experience in inventory management, P&L awareness and basic retail financial reporting.
- Excellent client service orientation and clienteling capability; strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury maison.
