Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned boutique, ensuring achievement of commercial targets including sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition while adhering to budget constraints
- Analyze commercial results and provide insights and recommendations on market trends to support informed decision-making by senior management
- Communicate and execute local action plans aligned with functional strategy and organizational mission and vision, motivating the team to achieve business goals
- Manage front-end, back-end, and sales floor operations of a small to medium-sized store to meet operational and sales performance targets
- Offer expert advice on the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures, resolving operational queries and escalating complex matters appropriately
- Operate within established financial control systems, track budgets, report variances to senior colleagues, and ensure designated financial outcomes

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, commercial targets, and brand management
- Proficiency in financial control systems and budget management
