Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor boutique team members to deliver world-class hospitality and service standards
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue objectives through strategic merchandising and client engagement
- Oversee daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with brand guidelines
- Cultivate and nurture high-value client relationships to build long-term loyalty and repeat business
