Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily boutique operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence
- Manage sales performance, inventory control, and financial targets aligned with brand standards
- Develop and mentor the boutique team to foster a culture of luxury service and client engagement
