Richemont Boutique Manager position in Monte Carlo—lead luxury retail operations and drive commercial excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage boutique staff, ensuring consistent service excellence and achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement local merchandising and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and brand visibility
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock allocation, and optimize product assortment based on market demand
- Achieve budgeted sales and profitability targets while maintaining cost discipline
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and technical product knowledge
- Report on key performance indicators and provide regular business updates to regional management
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing luxury retail boutiques or high-end retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional sales team
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and clientele expectations
- Experience with retail management systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in French and English
