Delvaux Boutique Manager role in Macau—lead luxury leather goods boutique operations, manage sales team, and cultivate VIP clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed set sales targets by effectively leading and developing the sales team
- Provide comprehensive training and coaching to ensure service standards are consistently maintained
- Oversee the VIP Program and various promotional initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service while identifying and implementing new service enhancement initiatives
- Develop high-net-worth clientele through private appointments and intimate in-store events
- Prepare sales reports and activity summaries for senior management communication
- Monitor stock and inventory levels to maintain optimal operational capacity
- Lead the team in acquiring, building, and maintaining key customer relationships
- Execute activities to drive customer repeat visits and build lasting loyalty
- Coordinate and execute in-store events in collaboration with the retail team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail operations management experience at a managerial level
- Proven experience in the luxury industry preferred
- Mature, self-motivated disposition with strong analytical mindset
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of the luxury market dynamics in Macau
- Strong sense of responsibility with ability to work independently
