Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all boutique operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue and customer satisfaction targets
- Drive sales performance through effective staff management, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clientele to ensure loyalty and lifetime value
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize profitability and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams on product launches, marketing initiatives, and business strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a boutique or store manager in luxury retail
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail P&L dynamics
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of luxury brand values and clienteling practices

5–7 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with at least 2 years in a boutique or flagship store management role
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or business qualification preferred
