Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve boutique revenue and KPI targets, while monitoring market trends and competitive landscape
- Cultivate and expand the customer database through personalized service, ensuring loyalty and lifetime value optimization
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team, establishing clear performance objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Oversee visual merchandising and brand presentation in alignment with Montblanc standards, managing inventory and warehouse organization
- Manage P&L, control expenses, and optimize product mix based on sales performance and profitability analysis

Qualifications
