Richemont seeks an experienced Boutique Manager for its Kuala Lumpur location to lead retail operations and drive luxury brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless customer experience
- Manage and develop a team of retail staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and coaching
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand's luxury positioning
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, personalizing their shopping experience and fostering brand loyalty
- Implement company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines throughout the boutique
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and product availability to optimize sales opportunities
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a boutique manager, store manager, or equivalent retail leadership role in a luxury environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets
- Strong team management and staff development capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset
- In-depth knowledge of luxury retail operations and customer service standards
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury sector, with proven success in leading boutique operations and achieving sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business administration, hospitality management, or retail management is advantageous.
