Richemont seeks a Boutique Manager for its Jeddah luxury boutique. Lead team, drive sales, and embody Maison excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic action plans to achieve Maison and boutique sales targets while maintaining qualitative performance standards aligned with Brand objectives
  • Drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team, building and nurturing the VVIP client database
  • Lead business development efforts through participation in networking activities, client events, and boutique-hosted partnerships to enhance brand reputation and market desirability
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the local business environment and monitor competitor commercial activities to inform strategic positioning
  • Demonstrate sales leadership, establish performance targets with relevant KPIs, and ensure adoption of new tools and services across the team
  • Manage boutique operations in full compliance with Brand and Richemont policies, ensuring all procedures are meticulously followed to optimize shop floor performance
  • Serve as an Ambassador for the Brand, acting as the key contact person for Group and International HQ interactions, boutique presentations, and special events
  • Design the optimal boutique organization, recruit qualified talent, and proactively develop a succession pipeline through strategic people management
  • Provide targeted coaching, training, and role-play sessions to elevate individual and team performance, fostering a cohesive team spirit and reinforcing engagement
  • Monitor and report boutique performance metrics, developing in-depth knowledge of business drivers and communicating the Maison's vision and strategy to the team

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Boutique Manager or equivalent retail leadership role within luxury jewelry, watches, or high-end accessories
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and luxury clienteling methodologies
  • Strong sales leadership experience with a proven ability to exceed targets in a premium retail environment
  • Experience in team recruitment, training, and people development within luxury retail
  • Deep understanding of Brand and retail compliance policies and operational procedures
  • Ability to present boutique performance data and drive strategic planning based on business insights

Demonstrated success in driving business growth, implementing operational improvements, and leading high-performing teams in upscale retail settings is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in luxury brand management or retail leadership are a distinct advantage.
