Boutique Manager role at Richemont in Jeddah – lead luxury retail operations and high-performing teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations and ensure compliance with Richemont standards and protocols
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic planning and team motivation
- Lead, train, and develop boutique staff to deliver luxury customer service and brand ambassadorship
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize product appeal
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and clienteling initiatives
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, margins, and operational expenses
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned with brand strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a boutique, store, or retail manager in luxury fashion or related sectors

Experience

Education
