Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day boutique operations to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage boutique staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through strategic client engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure optimal product presentation
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing luxury retail boutiques or high-end retail environments
