Cartier Hamburg seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead retail operations and a team of 15, driving commercial success and luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 15 employees, fostering a collaborative environment and serving as a role model and coach to cultivate individual talents and drive collective success
- Develop and execute innovative boutique strategies that leverage omnichannel opportunities to maximize sales and exceed targets
- Champion exceptional client experiences, building lasting relationships and fostering client loyalty through personalized service and engagement
- Implement the Maison's corporate marketing and sales guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and driving strategic initiatives
- Oversee all boutique operations, ensuring compliance, optimizing efficiency, and promoting best practices across the organization
- Represent Cartier at internal meetings, events, and special occasions, enhancing the Maison's presence as a top luxury brand in Hamburg
Qualifications
- Several years of proven experience successfully leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams within a luxury retail environment
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to develop and implement effective business strategies leveraging data and insights
- Genuine passion for creating exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of retail operations including inventory management, compliance, and visual merchandising
- Fluency in German and English

Several years of proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams within a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and client engagement.
Education
University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
