Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the boutique team to achieve sales targets and performance objectives
- Manage daily boutique operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive clienteling initiatives to build lasting relationships with high-value clients
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures
- Report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to regional management
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in luxury retail management
