Richemont Boutique Manager position in Guadalajara overseeing €10m–€30m store operations and luxury retail team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all boutique operations across multiple departments and functions
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Build and mentor a high-performing boutique team, fostering culture aligned with brand values
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand presentation standards throughout the store
- Monitor inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation
- Manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance metrics
- Conduct staff training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence
- Liaise with regional management on performance, initiatives, and market insights
Qualifications
- Proven boutique or retail management experience in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations
- Demonstrated financial acumen and P&L management capability
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English

Experience
5–10 years of progressive retail or boutique management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories sectors
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred
