Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets whilst meeting or exceeding KPIs set by Retail Management
• Establish and monitor boutique budget, tracking sales and expenses within established guidelines
• Develop and implement boutique action plans with the commercial department, focusing on business development and sales growth
• Set, implement and supervise the boutique sales strategy with result-driven execution and monthly monitoring
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and brand guidelines through regular store management meetings, audits, and walk-throughs
• Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising Team to maintain store image standards and provide sales staff training
• Lead and motivate the boutique team to accomplish sales targets and retail KPIs, fostering a cooperative and harmonious working climate
• Hire, train and supervise boutique personnel; define missions, objectives, and deadlines for all team members
• Manage customer relations according to brand standards, building strong relationships and acquiring and retaining a relevant customer database
• Monitor and execute the boutique CRM program and serve as Brand Ambassador at local and international meetings and events
• Oversee boutique maintenance, merchandise stock levels, and handle all customer enquiries and complaints
• Ensure proper attire, grooming, behaviour and compliance with operational procedures in line with brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury jewellery or watchmaking sector
• Qualification or training in watches and jewellery, with knowledge of diamond grading and design
• Gemology qualification is preferred
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Italian is advantageous

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury jewellery or watchmaking sector. Experience managing boutique operations, sales achievement, team leadership, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced luxury retail environment is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree required. Formal qualification or training in watches and jewellery with knowledge of diamond grading and design is required; gemology qualification is preferred.
