Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of boutique operations, including sales, service delivery, and staff performance
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand experience standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor boutique team members to foster a high-performing culture
- Monitor inventory management, merchandising standards, and stock accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, luxury retail standards, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Proven boutique or luxury retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
