Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail initiatives to generate revenue and achieve or exceed boutique sales targets
- Propose and lead activities to build sales across prospect, repeat, and VIP client segments
- Partner with the Retail Director on boutique action plans and strategic priorities
- Assess team needs and develop coaching plans to support professional growth
- Train and guide team members on Maison history, brand policies, product knowledge, and service excellence
- Schedule team coverage to align with business needs and customer traffic patterns
- Establish and communicate clear KPIs, providing regular feedback and motivation toward goal achievement
- Oversee payroll and commission processes in compliance with company guidelines
- Supervise safety, security, and well-being protocols for team, clients, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with all financial, operational, and visual merchandising guidelines set by corporate headquarters
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and operational performance as required
- Develop and maintain VIP client relationships, coordinating special events and manufacture visits
