Alaïa seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead store operations, drive revenue growth, and cultivate client relationships within the luxury fashion market. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of boutique management—from sales strategy and inventory control to team leadership and brand experience excellence—ensuring alignment with Alaïa's heritage of couture craftsmanship and contemporary innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute boutique sales strategy based on competitive and market trend analysis to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Create and implement strategies for new client acquisition and retention of existing clientele
- Maintain and manage the highest standards of in-store environment and presentation aligned with Alaïa brand values and standards
- Provide coaching to team members to drive performance achievement and foster team capability development
- Manage overall boutique operations including inventory control, back-office administration, and operational compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including luxury brand exposure
- Demonstrated experience managing VIP client events and premium customer relations
- Proven track record of managing multiple employees and building high-performing teams
- Exceptional commercial acumen and business judgment
- Strong staff coaching and mentoring capabilities
