Alaia Boutique Manager position in Busan, South Korea. Lead luxury retail operations and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of boutique operations including sales performance, inventory management, and compliance with brand standards
- Drive revenue growth through effective team leadership, client relationship management, and targeted sales strategies
- Supervise and develop boutique staff, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering personalized luxury customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects Alaia's brand identity and luxury positioning
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L accountability, and cost optimization
- Cultivate high-net-worth client relationships and implement clienteling strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
Qualifications
- Proven 5+ years of experience in luxury retail boutique management or high-end fashion retail leadership
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving commercial targets in a luxury environment
- Strong expertise in luxury brand management, visual merchandising, and omnichannel retail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Korean and English
- Experience in staff training, performance management, and team development

Experience
5+ years of professional experience in luxury retail management, with proven track record of leading boutique operations and achieving sales objectives in a premium or ultra-luxury fashion environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Retail Management, or equivalent professional qualification in luxury retail.
