Alaïa seeks Boutique Manager in Busan, South Korea. Lead luxury fashion store operations with 12+ years retail and luxury experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute boutique sales strategy based on competitive and market trend analysis to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Create and implement strategies for new client acquisition and retention of existing clientele
- Maintain and manage the highest standards of in-store environment and presentation aligned with Alaïa brand values and standards
- Provide coaching to team members to drive performance achievement and foster team capability development
- Manage overall boutique operations including inventory control, back-office administration, and operational compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including luxury brand exposure
- Demonstrated experience managing VIP client events and premium customer relations
- Proven track record of managing multiple employees and building high-performing teams
- Exceptional commercial acumen and business judgment
- Strong staff coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Advanced analytical and communication skills
